Yes, it is very safe. Our website is full secured through SSL/TLS encryption and we don’t keep any payment information from our customers. Payments are entirely processed by the payment processor companies like; PayPal and the credit card companies.

After searching our online catalogue and choosing the clothes/themes you like best, in the product page select the desired options like; size, color, and garment and just add the product to the cart, then in the checkout page you will be asked for your name, the destination address and chosen payment method. At the same time your account will be created so you can always edit your account details and follow your order.

Our products are all made to order, so we don’t have any stock, for this reason, if you change your mind, please contact us as soon us possible before we start producing and printing your clothes. After that we will not be able to refund you, due to the almost infinite combinations available in our store (size x color x garment) after we print your clothes we will not be able to sell them again in a viable manner, unless we got very lucky, and someone else will want exactly what you customized. This of course, also applies to our online app where you can create from scratch and totally free custom designs for your garment.

Yes, an account is needed exclusively for practically reasons. Without an account we will not be able to serve you at the best manner and logistical errors could more easily occur. Which is nothing desirable.
You can always edit, change or completely delete your account with us at any time.

When you care for your clothes you are caring for the environment.
Lower temperature washes and delicate spin cycles keep the garments gentle and new and protect the colors from fading. Moreover, it reduces energy consumption and it is good for the environment.

The accepted file types are JPG, JPEG, PNG and SVG. If your file is on another format you can use a free service website to convert it to one of the above types, please apply a resolution of 200-300dpi for better print quality with the maximum file size of 5MB.

It is very easy! It is really self explanatory: You just have to explore the tabs and the sub menus at the right side (Product | Text | Elements | Image | Layers) and at the top (File | Print | Share | Help), if you are on a mobile device, the tabs are respectively at the bottom and at the top positions.
For a much better interaction with the Design app, we recommend to use if possible the desktop version of the website, because the interaction with the app will be much easier and faster, since much more options are visible at the same time on the monitor.
For the moment the Design app is only available in the English language.

No! It is not allowed to upload to our Design app, any trademarked brand or copyrighted image.
If you use any of these images we will not print and deliver your clothing and your payment will be refunded to you minus the payment fees that we have to pay to the processing payment company.

The position and size of the design could change a little from the one showed in the app to you, although this will have absolutely no negative impact on the final product quality. This also applies to all our store designs.
